What is CUSLI-Nexus?

CUSLI Nexus explores the legal and policy relationship between Canada and the United States.  As such, it seeks to report on the top stories impacting the Canada-U.S. relationship, under-reported aspects of law, politics, and culture in both countries, and show explore the legal similarities and differences between Canada and the United States.

CUSLI Nexus is a project of the Canada-United States Law Institute (CUSLI), a bi-national, not-for-profit, multi-disciplinary entity created jointly in 1976 by Case Western Reserve University School of Law located in Cleveland, Ohio USA and the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada.  CUSLI serves as a forum where the respective governments, business communities, legal professional, academics, non-governmental organizations and the media explore and address the issues confronting the Canada-United States relationship.
