Canada-United States Law Institute Advisory Board

The Canada-United States Law Institute Advisory Board is comprised of prominent government officials, industry leaders, legal practitioners, representatives of NGOs, and the media that assist in guiding CUSLI's programs. The Advisory Board meets at least once annually in plenary session to receive the budget, review CUSLI's past year and ongoing programs, and advise as to future CUSLI-sponsored programs. The Advisory Board further serves as a source of financial support for CUSLI. Eight Advisory Board members (4 US and 4 Cdn) serve renewable two year terms as members of the Canada-US Law Institute Executive Committee. These members, joined by the two National Directors, elect the
co-Chairs of the Executive Committee.
