Executive Committee
The Canada-United States Law Institute Executive Committee is the governing body of CUSLI and is responsible for all CUSLI policies, programs and other activities, subject to the supervision by the National Directors. The Executive Committee meets on a regular basis to review CUSLI'S budget and financing, as well as current and future programs.
The Executive Committee is comprised of eight Advisory Board members and two co-Chairs. Among the eight Advisory Board members, four Advisory Board members are Canadian, and four Advisory Board members are from the he United States. In addition, the National Directors and President are ex officio members of the Executive Committee.
