The Canada-United States Law Institute invites all entrepreneurs, federal, state and municipal officials, scholars, non-governmental organizations, the media and the legal community to a two-day conference addressing entrepreneurship in Canada and the United States. As our two countries attempt to remain competitive in the global economic environment, the Canada-United States Law Institute has assembled distinguished experts to address the the critical importance of entrepreneurship to economic growth. Topics include case studies presented by renowned entrepreneurs; public and private financing as well as government assistance for entrepreneurs; the legal options available to structure entrepreneurial ventures; the manner in which to recruit and retain entrepreneurs; the means to protect intellectual property, and much more.
