RONALD ROSE
Co-leader of the Bankruptcy Practice Group
Member of firm's Real Estate Workout Team
Ronald Rose is the co-leader of the Bankruptcy Practice Group and a member of the firm's Real Estate Workout Team. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
His experience includes bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, and commercial matters, covering issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code and the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Rose has represented parties in complex commercial and corporate transactions and in significant bankruptcy litigation. He has also represented trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and debtors, purchasers of assets, secured and unsecured creditors and unsecured creditors' committees in both bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructuring.
Mr. Rose is a member of the following professional organizations: American Bankruptcy Institute and American Bar Association.
Mr. Rose has been listed in every edition of the The Best Lawyers in America since it was first published in 1983 and was named a 2006 Michigan Super Lawyer by Law & Politics. He is a frequent lecturer in continuing legal education programs.
